Gagan Thapa elected as HoR member from Kathmandu-4

Nepali Congress General Secretary Gagan Thapa has won the House of Representatives election from Kathmandu Constituency No 4 by a margin of about 7,500 votes. He defeated CPN-UML's Rajan Bhattarai.
