KATHMANDU, Oct 31: The government has sent a diplomatic note to India on the death of a 10-year-old boy Pawan Mahara from Darchula district after he was hit by a stone on his head in course of road construction in the Indian side of the border in Dharchula area of Uttarakhand, India.
