As environmental leaders from 185 countries gather in Vancouver, Canada, for the Seventh Assembly of the Global Environment Facility (GEF), the international community must recognize the urgent and specific needs of Nepal, a landlocked, least developed country that is highly vulnerable to the impacts of climate change.
