KATHMANDU, Sept 23: Departmental team Armed Police Force Club has lifted the fifth Dhorpatan National Open Men’s Volleyball Tournament defeating Gandaki Province in the final match played at Dhorpatan Sports Center Court at Gongabu, Kathmandu on Saturday.
