KMC finds insulin, anti-rabies vaccine stored in malfunctioning refrigerators at numerous drug stores

KATHMANDU, March 2: The Kathmandu Metropolitan City (KMC) has claimed that most pharmacies within the metropolis have not adhered to the basic standards. The KMC found this during an inspection conducted sporadically in wards 1, 2, and 3, as well as in other wards.
Six drug stores fined in Chitwan

KATHMANDU, Oct 5: The local administration has taken action against six drug stores at Bharatpur in Chitwan district. The six medicine shops have been charged with fines ranging from Rs 5,000 to Rs 300,000 by the local authorities for not following the regulations and not meeting the required criterias.
