Teenager killed after 'rape' in Baitadi, NC Prez Deuba demands govt book the guilty

KATHMANDU, Feb 6: Nepali Congress (NC) President Sher Bahadur Deuba has demanded punishment against those involved in the murder of a teenager in Baitadi district. Police suspect that the 17-year old Bhagirathi Bhatta could have been murdered after rape.
