BIMSTEC Summit ends with 18-pt Kathmandu declaration (with full text)

KATHMMANDU, Aug 31: The fourth summit of the Bay of Bengal Initiative for Multi-Sectoral Technical for Economic Cooperation (BIMSTEC) has concluded by signing a 18-point Kathmandu declaration her in the Himalayan capital on Friday.
