KATHMANDU, Nov 11: President Ram Chandra Paudel, Vice President Ram Sahay Prasad Yadav and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal have extended their messages of best wishes on the occasion of the 139th birth anniversary of Phalgunanda, a religious leader of the Kirat community.
