GAUSHALA, July 10: A youth who was injured after a tipper truck rammed his bike on Sunday night along Jaleshwor – Bardibas road stretch here in Mahottari district succumbed last night in course of treatment.
The deceased has been identified by the District Police Office, Mahottari as Bhuvan BK, 26, of Bijalpura of Bardibas municpality – 12.
BK was travelling on a bike with his 65 – year – old father, Jamu BK, when a tipper (Na 7 Kha 2293) struck his bike (Ba 10 6714) at 5 pm. The bike heading towards Bardibas was struck from behind by the tipper at Aurahi rural municipality – 2 inflicting fatal injuries on both the riders, Superintendent of Police (SP) Raj Kumar Lamsal said.
Bhuvan died at Shir Memorial Hospital of Kavre while on his way to Kathmandu for further treatment. His father is currently being treated at B & B Hospital. Area Police Office, Bardibas has taken the driver under control and impounded the tipper. RSS
