KATHMANDU, Sept 15: The special bureau of the Armed Police Force (APF) has taken a youth into custody from the Chhauni area in possession of an imported hand gun. The youth has been identified as 24 year old Sonam Lama.

The police recovered a pistol with ‘made in Germany’ imprinted on it, five rounds of ammunition and one magazine from Lama. According to Police, Lama was arrested in connection with a case related to arms and ammunition in the past as well. Further investigation into the case is currently underway, police said.
