KATHMANDU, Jan 6: Niraj Khatri, 19, of Achham Mangalsen Municipality-9 was arrested by the police from Chandragiri Municipality-15 on Wednesday morning along with various tools and instruments that are used to carry out theft.

As he was walking in the middle of the night in a suspicious manner, police checked him and found that he was carrying various burglary tools with the intention of stealing. Police have recovered seven iron rods, 14 copper iron vases, three temple bells, sickle, hammer, shovel, plyers, wrenches and other tools from him.
Police have filed a theft case against him and further investigation is underway, according to Metropolitan Police Circle, Thankot.
