YFN cadres thrash govt official

KHOTANG: Chief of the eastern regional irrigation sub-division Ek Raj Bhattarai has filed a complaint at the District Administration Office (DAO) on Sunday accusing cadres of the Youth Federation Nepal (YFN), a youth wing of CPN (UML), of attacking him a week ago.



Bhattarai has demanded action against the assaulters. “Chief District Officer Dipak Raj Nepal freed the culprits without taking any action,” claimed Bhattarai. He has also sent a copy of the complaint to National Human Rights Commission and the District Police Station.
