POKHARA, June 17: A jet stream aircraft belonging to Yeti Airlines has narrowly escaped an accident at Pokhara Airport, on Sunday.
According to the airport authority, the plane had a hydraulic failure while taxiing at the airport and skidded off to the grassland 20 meter away from the runway. Information officer Kashi Ram Paudel, the plane had landed at around 2.45 pm carrying 30 passengers including six foreigners. All passengers are safe, according to the airport officials.

“Technicians have informed an issue of hydraulic failure, we have already started the further investigation”, said Paudel adding that the other flights at the airport are not affected.
