During the meeting, Yang, who has been named as new Chinese ambassador to Myanmar, expressed his pleasure over his 22-month tenure in Nepal as envoy, reads a press statement issued by Khanal’s personal aide, Ram Babu Adhikari.[break]
Expressing his belief that the bilateral relations between the two countries would further strengthen in the future, Yang reiterated his country’s commitment for continued assistance Nepal’s development endeavos.
On the occasion, Khanal thanked envoy Yang for his personal and the Chinese government’s role in Nepal’s development and contribution to the completion of Nepal’s peace process.
During the meeting, Khanal also expressed that the relations between the two countries and the two parties would further strengthen in the days to come.
