Jha is at the center of controversy after he refused to take fresh oath in Nepali by defying the Supreme Court order to do so and by openly criticizing the court.
Yadav congratulated Jha for his move. Describing Jha´s move as a praiseworthy step for the movement for linguistic rights, Yadav termed the Supreme Court´s verdict undemocratic.
"The SC endorsed the government´s conspiracy," Yadav told reporters here on Monday, adding, "Madhesi people will not accept it." He was of the view that the issue does not fall in the SC´s jurisdiction as it is a political agenda.
Yadav said some leaders of other Madhes-based political parties were deviating from their stance on the language issue lately. "I heard that some Madhesi leaders had requested Jha to take oath in Nepali," he said, adding, "They did it as they wanted to save their jobs given by (Prime Minister) Madhav Kumar Nepal."

Meanwhile, UCPN (Maoist) has concluded that it would be better if Jha resigned.
“In the given controversy and situation, it is our stand that it will be better for Jha if he resigns,” said Maoist spokesperson Dina Nath Sharma after a Maoist standing committee meeting in Kathmandu on Monday.
The meeting deliberated on controversy surrounding the Jha´s oath-taking. The meeting also deliberated on financial and organizational aspects of the party. According to Sharma, the party also discussed measures to implement the code of conduct for the party leaders.
