Women enterpreneurs off to Thailand

REPUBLICA: In order to learn about the ´One Tambon One Product´ (OTOP) program which has been successfully implemented in Thailand, a team of 22 women entrepreneurs led by Federation of Nepalese Chambers of Commerce and Industry´s (FNCCI) Vice President Bhawani Rana left for Thailand on Tuesday. [break]



According to a press statement issued by FNCCI, the visit will continue till August 17. The team will meet Yingluck Shinawatra, prime minister of Thailand; Srirat Rastapana, director-general of Department of International Trade Promotion under Ministry of Commerce of Thailand; and other high ranking officials to talk about bilateral economic and trade promotion, the statement said.
