PYUTHAN, Dec 8: A woman was arrested with more than three kilograms of marijuana in the district. Kushma GM of Shivagadhi VDC-3 of Kapilbastu district was arrested with the narcotics on her way to Dang district, said Area Police Office Bhingri. Police said that the woman was travelling by a bus. Police have held the woman for further investigations.
