BAGMATI, Jan 19: A 53-year-old woman died after falling off a cliff in Bhimphedi Rural Municipality, Makwanpur.
The victim, identified as Chamelimaya Pakhrin of Ikchung, Bhimphedi-3, had gone to cut grass on the Ghattekhola cliff near her home around 4 pm on Saturday, according to Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Shyam Aryal, spokesperson for the District Police Office, Makwanpur.

Pakhrin’s body has been sent to Hetauda Hospital for an autopsy, and an investigation into the incident is ongoing, DSP Aryal said.
