KATHMANDU, Dec 26: CPN (Maoist Center) Chairman and Prime Minister Pushpa Kamal Dahal shared a stage with Coordinator of Naya Shakti Nepal Baburam Bhattarai 14 months after the party split.
Dahal and Bhattarai were present at the launching ceremony of the book ‘Chacha’, a biography of late CPN (Maoist Center) leader and lawmaker, Bhakti Prasad Pandey.
The leaders jointly unveiled the book at a function organized at the Mahendra Police Club on Monday.
CPN (Maoist Center) Central Committee member and lawmaker Pandey had died at the age of 62 years on November 14. He had succumbed to cancer in the course of treatment at Nepal Cancer Hospital, Harisiddhi, Lalitpur.
