KATHMANDU, Nov 14: Senior Advocate Badri Bahadur Karki said they will be forced to bar Chief Justice Cholendra SJB Rana from touching the chair of Chief Justice if Rana fails to resign without further delay.
Talking to media persons on Sunday, after staging a protest outside the Supreme Court, Advocate Karki said that they will intensify their protest if their demand is not met.“We will have to shout the slogan 'Don't touch the chair’ if the chief does not vacate his post. It is a disgrace to the head of the judiciary,” he said.

Senior advocate Karki also said that the protests that are being held for weeks are aimed at drawing the attention of the political parties as well to oust Rana from the post of chief justice.
