KATHMANDU, Sept 26: The Kathmandu Valley Traffic Police Office has prohibited the entry of vehicles during the afternoon for four days in view of the traffic in the New Road area.
The office has said that parking arrangements have been made in the Khula Manch by creating a diversion till evening until traffic pressure returns to normal. The vehicles will not be allowed to enter the New Road area on Ghatasthapana (today), Panchami (September 30), Shasti (October 1) and Fulpati (October 2).

The traffic police has requested the vehicle drivers to assist in traffic management by not driving on the specified date and time. The traffic police have prohibited the entry of vehicles in the New Road area as it is crowded with customers shopping for Dashain.
