KATHMANDU, Dec 13: Minister for Urban Development Arjun Narsingh KC today left for India today morning to take part in the 6th Asia-Pacific Ministers Conference on Housing and Urban Development slated for December 14 to 16.
Talking to media-persons before his departure, Minister KC said he would apprise the participating nations of Nepal's housing policy, situation of urbanization, problems and challenges and strategy adopted by Nepal in resolving them.
KC is accompanied by spokesperson and joint secretary of the ministry Shiva Hari Sharma and senior sociologist Posta Raj Dhungana.
It is stated the conference will issue the Delhi declaration on sustainable strategy for housing and urban development of Asia-Pacific. RSS
