KATHMANDU, Sept 8: Altitude Airlines helicopter which was flying to Kathmandu from Gorkha* crashed at Riling of Satya Devi rural municipality, Dhading.


The chopper with passengers on board had lost contact at 6:57 AM today.  The helicopter with call sign 9N-AALAS left from Gorkha's Sana Gaun carrying six passengers.

*Correction: Earlier, it was reported that the helicopter was en route to Gorkha from Kathmandu.
