UNMIN being sent unilaterally: Dahal

KATHMANDU, Jan 1: Chairman of UCPN (Maoist) Pushpa Kamal Dahal said that the UNMIN is being sent back unilaterally.



Speaking at an interaction on "The new constitution and the role of the Muslim community" organised by Muslim Mukti Morcha (MMM) Saturday, he said that the UNMIN shouldn´t be sent before the completion of the peace process.[break]



The Maoist party is working firmly to establish identity of the exploited class in the new constitution, he said.



Saying that the present political deadlock will create hurdle in promulgating a people´s constitution, he said some elements are trying to disrupt the peace process.



At the programme, central member of MMM presented a paper demanding fundamental rights of the Muslim community.
