KATHMANDU, Feb 19: United Student Organization staged a protest in front of the Indian Embassy in Kathmandu, demanding justice for Prakriti Lamsal, a Nepali student who died under suspicious circumstances at KIIT University in India.
The demonstrators condemned the alleged oppression, injustice, and cruelty faced by Nepali students at the university. Holding banners and placards, they called for a fair investigation into Lamsal’s death and urged authorities to ensure the safety of Nepali students studying abroad.
