KATHMANDU, Oct 8: The 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of United Finance Ltd  has approved a proposal to distribute 20 percent stock dividend and 1.05 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to the finance company’s shareholders.

“With this, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 556 million,” a statement received on Friday said.

The company has 0.43 non-performing assets (NPA), according to the statement.
