KATHMANDU, Jan 10: CPN-UML chairperson KP Sharma Oli has said that the conspiracies are being planned to ruin the party unification between CPN-UML and CPN (Maoist Center).

Speaking with the journalists before flying to Bangkok, Oli said that the reactive forces are making effort to foil the ongoing unification process. However, he reiterated that the process will conclude within two weeks from now and claimed that the conspiracy will be spoilt.

Speaking in another context, Oli expressed his dissatisfaction over the delay for the formation of new government. He said that the incumbent government is focused on lengthening its tenure. He accused the government of seeking excuses to stick in the power. Referring to the delay over the election result under PR electoral system, Oli urged Election Commission to publish it at earliest.  He claimed that there must be no any legal issue that would halt in publishing the election result.

Oli left for Bangkok for his regular health check-up. His wife Radhika Shakya, nephew Rajesh Shakya, Dr. Divya Singh and Dr. Yadav Bhatta along with personal secretary Rajesh Bajrachrya are accompanying him. He is scheduled to return on January 16.
