UNFPA representative Haridass pays courtesy call on Minister Mehta

KATHMANDU, Aug 14: UNFPA Representative for Nepal, Sriram Haridass, paid a courtesy call on Minister for Health and Food Safety, Nisha Mehta. 



During the meeting held at Minister Mehta's office on Friday afternoon, they discussed the matter of expanding collaboration in women and children health, maternity health and population management sectors.

Similarly, discussion was held on the issues of improving access and quality of health services for women and children, family planning and ensuring gender equality as well as mental health services, according to Minister Mehta's Secretariat.
