Undersecretary commits suicide due to mental stress

BUTWAL, April 4: A suicide note left by Bishnu Hari Acharya, undersecretary of the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Forest of Province - 5, cited 27 years of mental stress as his reason to commit suicide.
Acharya was found hanging with a plastic rope on Tuesday evening at quarter at the Industry Development Office, SP Shyam Gyanwali, District police Chief, Rupendehi said.
Police Inspector Madan Deep Mahara said that Acharya had left a suicide note where Acharya cited mental stress of 27 years as the cause.
His post-mortem was done in Bhim Hospital, Bhairaawa.
