KATHMANDU, Aug 16: Tuesday's session the CPN-UML's ongoing standing committee was put off.
The meeting was postponed as party Chair KP Sharma Oli had to visit those injured in the fatal passenger bus accident that took place in Kavrepalanchowk yesterday.
Likewise, party's other senior leaders had to attend an all-party meeting scheduled for today.
The next session of the meeting has been fixed for 12:00 noon Wednesday.
The review of the erstwhile UML-led government and new political alliance, and the party's views on restructuring of local bodies were the agenda for the today's SC meeting, party's office secretary Krishna Gopal Shrestha said. RSS
