NEPALGUNJ, Sept 27: CPN-UML senior leader Madhav Kumar Nepal on Tuesday clarified that his party is not against the constitution amendment.
Speaking at a cadres meet organized here, the former Prime Minister expressed his disagreement saying that UML has not been consulted over the amendment.
“UML has never said that the constitution can’t be amended. We have not been consulted over the issue,” he said, “UML won’t sign a document readied without our consent.”
