KATHMANDU, April 25: The Standing Committee meeting of the ruling Communist Party of Nepal (Unified Marxist-Leninist) will continue on Sunday.

The meeting held to take a crucial decision on whether or not to sack Nepal Army chief General Rookmangud Katawal failed to reach a conclusion on Saturday.

"We will continue our discussion on Sunday," said UML General Secretary Iswor Pokharel.

UML´s decision on the row between the ruling Maoists and the Army Chief will mark huge significance as the Maoists are waiting for the UML´s opinion on their bid to sack the Army Chief.
