UML ahead of NC by 2315 votes in Kathmandu Metropolis

KATHMANDU, May 18: CPN-UML mayoral candidate Bidhyasundar Shakya is taking the lead in the race for the mayor of Kathmandu Metropolis with 5337 votes, compared to 3022 votes for his closest rival Nepali Congress mayoral candidate Raju Raj Joshi. Shyakya is leading Joshi by 2315 votes.
