Those nominated are Sher Dhan Rai from Bhojpur, Ganesh Kangmang from Panchthar, former ANNFSU chairman Rajendra Rai, Sanu Kumar Shrestha, Sher Bahadur Tamang, Ek Bahadur Rana, Keshab Lal Shrestha, Ram Dayal Mandal, Chandra Bahadur Shahi. The party’s top body took the decision as eleven positions for the CC had been remaining vacant for months.
The positions were vacant as a group of leaders including party vice chairman Ashok Rai deserted UML and formed Federal Socialist Party last year. Also, some other positions were vacant due to various reasons.
