"The political parties need to reach an understanding on summoning the House session soon," Khanal told reporters at Tribhuvan International Airport upon his arrival from his 10-day visit to South Africa. [break]
He said the parties also need to discuss if there is any relevance of summoning a special session as demanded by the Maoists.
He said the high-level taskforce would settle the remaining disputes in the constitution writing.
