BIRGUNJ, May 22: CPN-UML Central Member Prahlad Gri and former lawmaker Pradhumna Chauhan have quit the party.
Senor leader of the district Giri and Regional chairman of UML Parsa Constituency-4 Chauhan have announced to have defected to Federal Socialist Forum Nepal (FSFN).

Organizing a press meet in Birgunj on Monday, Giri and Chauhan have made several allegations about the UML party.
In the press meet, the defectors lashed out at the party accusing it of appearing as a stumbling block to the demands raised by the Madhes-base parties.
“Constitution amendment is necessary for national politics to which UML is the main stumbling block,” accused Chauhan.
