UCPN-Maoist's corruption not pardonable: Oli

DAMAK, Nov 12: Senior leader of the CPN-UML KP Sharma Oli has said the corruption committed by the UCPN- Maoist in the name of peace process was not pardonable.



Accusing them of corruption of tens of millions of rupees in the name of combatants, he said the same combatants will not support them in the CA election. [break]



Speaking at a mass meeting organized in Damak-10, he said the government unnecessarily provided allowances to the combatants in the name of peace process and this corruption will take Maoists to a path of disgrace.



Oli said, although the UCPN- Maoist made various activities in the name of landless problem, they did not distribute land ownership certificate, but only made it a platform to earn and for cheating the people.



On the occasion, the landless people told him to take initiative for resolution of their problem, and Oli assured that UML government will distribute them landownership. He also addressed mass meetings in various places of Damak-11.
