Karna Limbu netted a brace whereas Ganesh Khadka and Narendra Mani Limbu scored a goal each for Jhapa to book its meeting against Laxmi Hyundai Manang Marshyangdi Club in the last four.
Tribhuvan Army Club will meet host Sahara in another semifinal as both the teams have also secured their last four spots.
Jhapa took an early lead in the match as Karna headed in the 6th minute after Gazirchat's goalie Masum failed to collect the ball properly following a shot off Ganesh Khadka, who doubled the tally in the 15th minute. Ganesh scored the second goal for Jhapa utilizing Yogesh Gurung's pass.
Narendra Mani made it 3-0 in the 28th minute scoring from the danger zone off Ganesh Khadka's pass.
Jhapa that had a 3-0 lead in the first half conceded a goal in the second minute after interval.
Manik scored the consolation goal for the Bangladeshi club to cut the deficit but that was not enough for the team to prevent Jhapa, that added another in the 74th minute, to make it 4-1.

After facing the defeat, Gazirchat's coach Anamol said that his side failed to perform better as the players came from the various teams.
“We collected players from various clubs so we failed to put a good show as expected. We were under pressure after conceding three goals in the first half,” added Anamod, who said that the team had three national players.
Jhapa coach Bhagirath Ale said, “I had cautioned the players, however Gazirchat's players were not as good as I had expected them to be,” commented Ale, adding that he had expected the Bangladeshi team to be tough as he had not seen their match.
“After taking a 3-0 lead, our players had some negligence in the second half that made us concede the goal,” said Ale, adding that the match against Manang will be like a final encounter.
