Meanwhile, Rup Sawad (38), Ram Singh Sawad (37) and Uddab Sawad (33) of Pancheswori-7--managed to swim to bank of the river.
They were returning after shopping from Lohaghat, the nearest Indian market from the place.
“The water level surged in the middle of their way which overturned the boat,” Ananda Sawad, a local said.
