BIRENDRANAGAR, Feb 17: The body of a boy in Dailekh was found buried, allegedly murdered by his own friends. Police have found the body of the boy who went missing on February 7, buried by his own friends. After discovering the body, police have arrested two minors, aged 14 and 17 in connection with a murder charge.
Police have said that an 11-year-old boy of Dullu Municipality-5 in Dailekh was found buried after being killed by his friends over a minor dispute. The body of the boy was found in a bamboo grove near his house.

After the boy went missing, his relatives had filed a petition with the Area Police Office, Dullu on February 7, for a search operation. Police initiated a search after circulating the missing boy's whereabouts in all places.
During the search, two boys confessed to the murder due to a mutual dispute. Police found the body buried after they also stated the location of the murder in their statements.
The Dailekh Police have stated that two boys, after a dispute over selling gold jewelry (tilhari) stolen by them, killed him on the night of February 7. They buried his body in a pit near the river close to their house, as per the statement given to the police.
Police Inspector Lal Bahadur Sunar at Dailekh District Police Office said that police have arrested the two accused involved in the murder and have initiated necessary investigation into this matter.
