HETAUDA, June 22: Two passengers died on the spot while 25 others including the bus driver were injured when a Birgunj-bound night bus from Kathmandu (Ba 2 Kha 2474) collided a tipper (Na 3 Kha 8689) in Thanabharyang of Hetauda-2 along the East-West Highway at 4.30 a.m. Tuesday morning.
The deceased are yet to be identified. [break]
Seriously injured four are receiving treatment in Bharatpur hospital and 21 other injured have returned home after primary treatment at Hetauda hospital, Makawanpur police said.
Tipper driver is absconding.
