Police Inspector Rupak Khadka at the District Police Office said two elderly people were buried due death when a house at Kunchowk-9, Ghaderi Danda caved in at around 4 pm.
The deceased are Damabar Bahadur, 82, and Ganesh Bahadur Thapa, 87.
Bal Bahadur Neupane sustained serious injuries in the incident and has been taken to capital after treatment at the District Hospital.
The house crumpled when the trio was resting at veranda.
