Two die of viral fever

BUTWAL, Sept 2: Two school children of Janta Higher Secondary School in Narayani VDC of Nawalparasi have died of viral fever Thursday.

Sixth-grader Janaki Kumar and Dipen Adhikari of UKG died of the disease forcing the shutdown of school for three days from Thursday.

Principal Bharat Tiwari said more than half of the 700 students in the school have fallen ill due to consumption of contaminated water.
