DAMAULI, Aug 25: Two persons died and two were seriously hurt when three motorcycles collided with a bus coming from the opposite direction at Aanbukhaireni Municipality-7, Damauli in Tanahu district today.
Deceased in the road mishap were Bishnu Rai, 19, of Aanbukhairini Municipality-6 and Kiran Magar of the same locality, according to Area Police Office, Aanbukhaireni in the district.
Critically hurt Rai died during her treatment at the old Medical College in Bharatpur, Chitwan while Magar breathed his last at Manipal Teaching Hospital at Pokhara.
Similarly, injured in the incident were 19-year-old Milan Gauli of Aabukhairini Municipality-2 and Vision Gauli, 16, from the same place. Both are currently receiving treatment in Kathmandu.
Three speeding motorcycles (with the registration numbers Ga 9 4 2305, Ga 9 Pa 1897, Na 4 Pa 6900) whizzing around the road section collided Aanbukhaireni-bound bus (Na 6 Kha 3956) coming from Muglin, police added. RSS
