CHITWAN, Dec 11: Two persons died in a road accident at Ichchhakamana Rural Municipality-6 in Chitwan district on Friday morning.
According to police, the deceased are yet to be identified.

The accident took place when a jeep (Na 4 Cha 5050) heading toward the highway from Chandib Bhanjyang along the Chandi Bhanjyang rural road section hit an electric pole. Both of them died on the spot in the accident, according to the District Police Office, Chitwan.
More than 15 people were injured in the accident and they were sent to Bharatpur of Chitwan for further treatment, said spokesperson for the District Police Office, Chitwan, Surya Bahadur Thapa.
Thapa shared that a team from the Area Police Office, Mugling, has reached the incident site.
