According to the FNJ statute, new leadership will be elected one month after the central convention. The central committee has already decided to conduct FNJ elections on June 1, implementing direct election practices.

Ballot boxes will be placed in central, provincial, and district committee branches for direct voting.

Before the elections, the FNJ's membership criteria will be determined by the Purification Committee and the Organization Committee, expected to be finalized by mid-May.
