Issuing a press release, General Secretary at the parliament Secretariat Mahohar Prasad Bhattarai said the two posts have remained vacant after the untimely death of Ram Kumari Devi, a Maoist lawmaker who was elected to the CA from Dhanusha Constituency No 6, and the resignation of CA member Ram Kumar Sharma, who was elected to the CA from Mahottari Constituency No 4 on a TMDP ticket.
Sharma tendered his resignation yesterday and Yadav died last Saturday.
