Rameshwar Singh of Fulkahati-3, Siraha, was kidnapped while he was on his way to home after closing his shop in Kashaha.
Similarly, Panchu Miya of Raipur-8, Saptari, was abducted while returning home from market.
Nobody has claimed responsibility for the kidnappings.
