The physical classes, which have been halted owing to the outbreak of COVID-19 in the last week of March last year, will once again resume in their predetermined manner. The bachelor classes will resume from Mid-March and master level classes will run as usual from Mid-April, according to Prof Dr Peshal Dahal, Registrar at TU.

The university was conducting online classes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

TU has also been administering exams of various levels since November last year. The university also plans to publish the results of those exams within mid-April,

Established in 1959, the university has a total of 1,124 colleges affiliated to it.

With the COVID-19 vaccination drive ongoing and the situation getting safer against the COVID-19 pandemic, the education institutions across the country are considering resuming their teaching learning activities physically.
