DHADING, Dec 29: A person died in a motorcycle accident in Baireni VDC-8 along the Prithvi Highway on Thursday morning.
The deceased has been identified as Raj Kumar Shrestha, 45, of Nagarjun Municipality-3, Kathmandu.

The deceased’s wife Raj kumari Shrestha, who was riding pillion, sustained injuries. She is receiving treatment at a local health clinic.
The accident took place when the motorcycle, Ba 69 PA 5171, heading for Nuwakot from Kathmandu lost control over the wheels and was rammed by a truck, NA 4 Kha, coming from the opposite direction, Police said.
Police are investigating the case after taking the driver and the truck under control.
